3.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bwin29 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bwin29 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion costs incurred on your end by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility and are not covered by bwin29.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bwin29 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the bwin29 platform or its content.

8.3 Any unauthorised use of bwin29's intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes bwin29's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request the closure of your bwin29 account at any time by contacting bwin29 support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding unmet bonus funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing timelines and KYC requirements.

11.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

11.4 Nothing in this clause prevents bwin29 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent or halt any conduct that constitutes or threatens to constitute prohibited conduct under these Terms.

12.1 bwin29 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes.

12.2 Where bwin29 considers a change to be material — for example, a change that significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — bwin29 will provide advance notice of the change via the email address registered to your account or through an in-platform notification, no less than seven (7) days before the change takes effect.

12.3 Your continued use of the bwin29 platform after the effective date of any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with clause 10.1.
